Holly Collins is one of the few Realtors licensed in both Illinois and Wisconsin, connecting clients between Chicago and Lake Geneva. Whether buying a primary home, a weekend retreat, or making a move in either direction, she helps clients navigate both markets with confidence. Most of her clients aren't choosing between Chicago and Geneva Lake. They want both.
A fourth-generation Chicagoan raised in East Lakeview, she built her career in the city before adding Lake Geneva and the Geneva Lake area, based in Williams Bay, Wisconsin. When she's not with clients, she's on the water — sailing on Geneva Lake and Lake Michigan, serving on race committee at Lake Geneva Yacht Club, and will be competing in her 18th Chicago to Mackinac this year.
She started in real estate in 2005 in Northwest Indiana specializing in beach and vacation homes — winning Rookie of the Year in her first year. After building her career in Chicago, she joined Compass in 2018. In 2022 she expanded into the Geneva Lake market, adding the Compass Lake Geneva office to her practice. Today she brings 21 years of experience, $75M+ in career sales, and 200+ transaction sides to every client relationship.
